Treatment Writing

To keep everything clear, fair, and professional, here’s how I work.

All ghostwriting and treatment copy includes an initial draft in the region of 2,500–3,500 words, plus one round of revisions (up to 2 hours) included in the main fee.

The quoted fee is based on a clear and reasonable initial brief, covering a single script or concept. If the brief expands significantly once agreed — for example, the addition of alternative versions or major new directions — this will be assessed and quoted separately.

Further revisions, substantial rewrites, or additional word count beyond this scope will be charged at £60 per hour or at the standard day rate of £400.

Payment is due in full upon delivery of the first draft, with standard terms of 14 days from invoice date.

Upon receipt of full payment, all rights to the commissioned copy transfer to the client for exclusive use.

All client materials and discussions are handled in strict confidence.
